Location of our New Office Building: Our new office is located on the corner of Columbia Ave and McBeth St in East Trail. We are in the large, two story beige and brown building which sits between Nu-Teck Auto and Columbia Glass, with the beautiful Columbia River just across the street. We're just east of Butler Park, the Trail Aquatic Center, Silver City Gardens, and Woody's Auto Repair. Some may remember this building as the previous offices of School District #20, or more recently the Trail Driving School, Trail Community in Bloom Office and Penco Engineeering. The front entrance is stroller-friendly, and there is plenty of free parking on the streets or around back. The CCRR and FAIR Society Reception are on the main floor, and the rest of the programs are split between this floor, the lower floor, and the upper floor.
Directions to the Former Middle School: Thanks to wonderful co-operative agreement with School District 20, our Preschool Program Groups (Building Beautiful Babies groups, CORE Preschool Groups and CCRR Trail Playgroup) will be meeting in the Former Middle School building in the 2000 block of Third Ave. This bright, distinctive building is just two blocks north of our main office building, between McBeth and McLean streets in East Trail. Enter via the front door on Third Ave, then take the hallway on the left to the very end. Turn right at the end of the hallway into the cluster of rooms there. All our programs will run in this group of rooms. Watch for signs on the doors.

Our main office is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, closing for lunch from 12 to 1, and on all stat holidays. Additionally, we may be closed some Fridays. Check our Important Dates page for details. The answering machine is always on, so please feel free to leave a message and someone will get back to you.
The WINS Transition House and Regional Crisis Line are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. See contact info below.
