| Description: | Serves communities and rural areas of Christina Lake, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Rock Creek, Bridesville, Westbridge and Beaverdell. Provides assessment, referral, individual and group counselling for adults experiencing problems with substance use. Services to those with addictions and / or a concurrent disorder are provided by a multi-disciplinary team and may include urgent / emergent response, referral for detox and residential programs, outpatient treatment and relapse prevention. Groups, community education and consultation services provided. Referrals may be made by any concerned person, family member, professional or agency. All referrals are screened for appropriateness and urgency. There is no cost for services.
