Works to support families and individuals in understanding mental health services and develop initiatives for change. Provides resource information and family and peer support options and works to reduce stigma.
Mental Health and Substance Use Family Support Drop-In Group
Family support groups offer a safe and supportive space for family members and friends to share, ask questions, and connect with others who are supporting loved ones with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Group is offered in-person and through Zoom. Please email or call Lisa by 12:00pm the Tuesday before group to sign up.
Meeting Details: 6pm – 8pm on the First and Third Wednesday of each month at 1060 Eldorado St. Trail, BC (the Skills Center Building)
