Building Beautiful Babies Pregnancy Outreach

A pregnancy outreach program that offers support, information and resources for pregnant women, new mothers (with babies up to 12 months) and families.

Weekly groups with lunch and guest speakers, plus outreach visits. Food vouchers and free prenatal vitamins available.

Meets at the FAIR Family Centre in the Trail United Church.  Pre-registration is required and days/times may vary.  Please contact the office directly to register.


Nobody’s Perfect

Hands on, practical skill building group for parents offered twice per year; childcare provided.


Circle of Security

This popular program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strenghened.

Offered several times per year.  Pre-registration is required.

Munchkins and Muffins

Drop-in group for parents and their toddlers/preschoolers.

This group meets at the FAIR Family Centre in the Trail United church.

Mental Health and Substance Use Family Support drop-in

Support and resources for families of people living with mental health and/or substance use concerns.

Meets 6-8pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month at our Columbia Ave building in Trail.

All are welcome to attend.  This group requires sign up – please contact Lisa Melenka by noon the day before group to sign up.
