A pregnancy outreach program that offers support, information and resources for pregnant women, new mothers (with babies up to 12 months) and families. Weekly groups with lunch and guest speakers, plus outreach visits. Food vouchers and free prenatal vitamins available. Meets at the Trail Presbyterian on Tuesdays during the school year.
A weekly drop in at the “Little House” on Rossland Ave for support, resources, clothing, coffee and socialization. Please contact the Transition House for more information.
Hands on, practical skill building group for parents offered twice per year; childcare provided.
This popular program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strenghened. Offered several times per year. Pre-registration is required. Contact the Family Advancement program for more information.

Support and resources for families of people living with mental health and/or substance use concerns.
Meets 6-8pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month at our Columbia Ave building. This is a drop-in group and all are welcome to attend. As of August 2020, Masks must be worn and will be provided at group.
